Dryers
Once the plant has reached its best balsamic period, it is harvested mechanically, using means designed to only pick the most important part, avoiding contamination with the soil or foreign bodies. The fresh plants are taken directly to the laboratory to be processed and extracted, or are placed in the dryers. Drying preserves the active principles, limits the natural enzymatic deterioration and mould forming. We have forced ventilation dryers guaranteeing modular drying, regulating temperature and humidity based on plant type.
