We have about 50 hectares of land plots located in the heart of the Po Valley, in the Cremona countryside. This is a protected area, far from towns and road junctions; enabling our plants to grow in a healthy, isolated ecosystem.

We plant in open field assisted by technology designed and developed by us specifically for these crop types; to speed up and optimise production reducing labour costs. The ground is analysed and prepared, and everything takes place mechanically: from sowing to transplant, going through irrigation, harvest, any drying and subsequent processing.
