Ekstra handles all aspects of production, from the search for selected seeds from trusted resellers to packaging, storing and the final shipment. The entire plant production cycle takes place thanks to the technological, automated support of modern, innovative instruments, enabling us to speed up all the work cycles, reducing labour needs to a minimum without ill-treating the plant itself.

Besides the direct sales of medicinal plants, the company also has transformation machinery, enabling it to process both fresh and dried plants to obtain water extracts and water concentrates. Our offer includes different sizes based on the reference market and intended use (extraction, herbal teas, filter…). The material is constantly controlled visually in all transformation stages, and all cutting, sifting and mixing machines are equipped with special magnets to capture any foreign ferrous bodies.

Once all the analyses and laboratory tests have been carried out, the material is packed and stored in the warehouse. The environment is protected against atmospheric agents and monitored and controlled for insects, to guarantee excellent conservation while awaiting shipment.
